No. This is an independent planning tool that references publicly available Milesight product specs. It's not officially affiliated with or endorsed by Milesight Technology Co., Ltd.
Do I need an account?

No. All tools are free and require no registration. Your projects are stored in your browser via localStorage — nothing is sent to any server.
How do I export my project?

In the Project Generator, click "Export JSON" after Step 4. In the Enterprise Dashboard, click "Export Solution" in the header. The Site Planner also has its own export button for CSV.
Can I share my project with my team?

Yes. Export as JSON and share via email or file sharing. Your team can import it in their own browser. This works across the generator, dashboard, and site planner.
How accurate are the device calculations?

Calculations use industry-standard rules of thumb (1 IAQ sensor per 3-5 rooms, 1 gateway per 2-3 floors). They provide a solid starting estimate. For production, verify with a physical site survey.
Which industries do you support?

Smart Building, Smart Retail, Healthcare, Smart City, Agriculture, and Industrial IoT. Each has pre-configured sensor profiles and density rules optimized for that use case.
What browsers are supported?

All modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. JavaScript must be enabled. For the best experience, use the latest Chrome or Firefox.
Is my data private and secure?

Yes. All project data stays entirely in your browser's localStorage. Nothing is sent to any server. Exported JSON files remain on your device. We have no database and no user accounts.
